Do one thing differently everyday…thats my plan…4 days in and working so far

Examples….

  1. Wake up earlier
  2. Drink more water
  3. Constructive/Deconstructive test
  4. Nightly email check
  5. Nightly todo list for next day
  6. Eat more vegetables
  7. Eat less bread
  8. Help someone
  9. Seek help
  10. Make a phone call/text someone you have not spoken to in a while
  11. Watch the money
